The RentPrep Background Check is not an automated report. These reports are hand-compiled by our in-house FCRA certified screeners who will utilize multiple databases to provide accurate and compliant results. Typical turnaround time for these reports is 1-2 hours during our normal business hours. Once the report has been completed, the report will be generated into the end user/landlord’s account.
The TransUnion Full Credit Report is an automated report with a turnaround time fully dependent on the applicant. With this report, the applicant will receive an email invitation containing the screening request, and must fill out their personal information through this email form. Once the information has been accepted and approved, a report will be generated instantly into the end user/landlord’s account.
