Do I Get a Receipt for Running a Background Check?

Yes, you do. You will receive a payment confirmation email that contains invoice information once the order is successfully placed. 

All of your receipts are also available inside your RentPrep account.

Once you're logged into your account, select "Account" from the menu on the left side under your name. Then select "Payment History" from the drop down menu.

This will bring you to a page where you can see every payment that has been made from your account. This menu will show the amount of the payment and the date it was made.

For more information on the payment, you can select the eye icon on the right side of the screen for more details. This screen can also take you to the order associated with the payment by clicking "View Order" from the ACTIONS box on the right.
