What Documents Do I Need To Send You In Order To Receive The Credit Decision Report?

The Credentialing process requires three verification documents from the end user:

  • Proof of property ownership or management/listing agreement
  • Signed rental application which authorizes a credit/background check
  • The end user’s drivers license for end user identity verification

Government Issued photo identification that matches the name on the end users account (Driver’s License, Passport)

A completed signed tenant application, this application should be signed and show that the end user has a permissible purpose for obtaining the report. The authorization should state that the consumer is agreeing to a background check and credit check being run on them. Blank rental applications will not be accepted. 

The end user should submit a document that confirms that they own the rental property. The name on this document must match the name on the clients account. Utility Bills are NOT acceptable. The following documents are acceptable: 

  • Property title 
  • Tax Record/Bill
  • Deed
  • Homeowners Insurance 
  • Mortgage Statement 
  • Closing Statement
  • Copy of HUD-1 Statement
  • Screenshot from the county assessor’s site

**Please note that utility bills are NOT ACCEPTABLE**
