The turnaround time for the RentPrep Background ($21) is typically 1-2 hours during our regular business hours, as this report is hand-compiled by our FCRA Certified Screeners.
The turnaround time for the TransUnion Full Credit Report ($40) is fully dependent on the applicant, as this report requires full tenant involvement. Once the order is placed, the applicant will receive an email link from us with the credit report request. The applicant must open this link and fill in their personal information that will be verified with the credit bureau. Once they complete this, the report will generate almost instantly into the landlord’s account to view.
