The RentPrep Background Check is a hand-compiled screening report that includes any evictions, bankruptcies, judgments, or liens that the applicant has a record of. For an additional cost, you may purchase any or all of the following add-ons: Nationwide criminal and sex offender search, income verification, and/or credit decision report. The benefits of a hand-compiled report include accurate and compliant results. Unlike an automated report, our FCRA-certified screeners will use multiple databases to search for criminal records and review any hits to confirm that they are compliant with any federal and state laws.
