When a screener is starting to process an order, they may come across information that needs further verification. They will call and/or email the client to request documents from the applicant. Typically they will request the applicant’s SSN card and/or Driver’s License. If additional information has been requested, we will need our clients to upload the documents to the order for us to complete the report.
