When we share that we are running an additional search on an applicant, it does not mean the applicant will have criminal records. We are performing the additional search to confirm we are doing our due diligence gathering all the information we can about the applicant.
These additional searches may delay the turnaround time, as we are using multiple databases and do court research on our end to obtain information from the courts. A longer turnaround time does not mean the applicant has a lot of records, some courts take longer to provide information to databases and/or researchers.
The additional search we run will not cost any extra for our clients. This process is to help our clients have the most accurate results.
