Since RentPrep is on the East Coast do clients in other timezones have to place orders before 7pm EST?
No, you can still place orders after 7pm EST. However, our turnaround time for reports is one to two hours during our business hours. If you place an order outside of business hours, we will start completing them the following morning at 9am EST following the same turnaround time as normal.
