What can warrant an additional search?
- The state your applicant lives in does not report to a nationwide database and we must conduct more research to locate potential records
- Your applicant has a common name and we must verify who is attached to the record
- The court provided limited information to us and we must locate more personal identifying information to validate records
- The record is missing pertinent information
An additional search should not raise a red flag and we don’t want you to jump to conclusions prior to receiving the completed report. Additional information is sought to verify the information received does, in fact, belong to the applicant. We complete these additional searches at no additional cost to you in order to provide you with the most accurate and compliant reports!
