RentPrep Background Check Requirements
Our RentPrep Background Check reports are all hand-compiled tenant background checks by our team of FCRA Certified Screeners.
For these reports, you'll need a signed rental application from your tenant applicant. You can use our RentPrep application available here.
We recommend having the applicant completely fill out the application, leaving no blank spaces. This way you'll have all the information you need.
When placing the order, we will require you to input the applicant's name, SSN, date of birth, and current address.
TransUnion Full credit Requirements
If you're ordering a TransUnion Full Credit Report you'll only need your tenant's email address.
The tenant will receive a link to their email where they will be asked to enter their personal information themselves.
