What Happens After I Place a TransUnion Full Credit Report Order?

The first thing you should receive is an email confirming that your order has been placed.

Now the applicant will be sent an email to complete a three-step process.

Applicant Step #1: They will provide their personal information

The applicant will be asked to enter basic personal information such as full name, date of birth, current address and SSN or ITIN.

Applicant Step #2: IDMA Verification

They will answer IDMA questions, sometimes referred to as "out of wallet" questions.

These questions are used to verify the identity of the applicant and will be questions that they should know the answer to such as  "What was the make of your first car?"

Applicant Step #3: Pay for the report

If you requested that the applicant pays for the report they will be taken to the payment page.

Within a few minutes of the applicant completing this process you should receive an email that your report is ready to be viewed in your RentPrep account.
