What is the Income Verification Report?

The Income Verification service powered by PayScore is a report that includes the applicant’s annual net income summary, a breakdown of recurring deposits from employers, average monthly net income, and current balances on connected accounts.

This report requires tenant involvement. When placing an order the applicant’s email must be provided, once the order has been placed, an email will be sent directly to the applicant. The applicant will then need to click into the link and connect their online bank account information. They will then be able to add multiple bank accounts if they would like. The email link will expire after two weeks from when the order was placed.

This will help landlords see if the applicant will be able to afford rent based on their income that they receive.
