QuickVerify is our process to perform Residence and Employment Verifications. Verifications are only offered to our Enterprise clients, the clients who would like to have access to verifications will need to talk to our Business Development Manager to add these searches to their package.
For QuickVerify, the applicant’s landlord and employer’s email address are required along with the applicant's signed authorization form attached to the order. Once the order starts to be processed, our Enterprise screeners will dispatch an email to the applicant’s landlord and employer along with the signed authorization form. The email will be sent from enterprise@rentprep.com, the landlord/employer will need to click on the link that says “Begin Verification”. They will fill out questions regarding the applicant as a tenant/employee. In the meantime our Enterprise screeners will perform calls.
