There are several reasons your promo code is not working.
There are several sites out there that just make up promo codes for every website on earth. The codes on these sites are fake and just used to drive traffic to their websites.
If you're using a promo code found on RentPrep sometimes these promo codes are just for new account signups.
For instance, the promo code NEW10 will save you 10% on your first tenant screening order. It can only be used once and will not work on a second report.
Another reason the promo code may not be working is because the "Validate Code" button must be clicked before checking out on the checkout page.
Lastly, the TransUnion Full Credit Report product doesn't allow for promo codes or discounts. However, you can charge your applicant directly for the report.
