What if my applicant is uncomfortable providing their banking information? Can they supply pay stubs instead?

This income verification can only be completed by the applicant by directly connecting their bank accounts to pull the deposit information. We do not have a way to directly collect the applicant’s paystubs, but you as the landlord could collect those from the applicant if you were comfortable with that. However, in the past we have seen how easily these documents can be altered by the applicant since it is not directly being pulled from their bank.
